EXECUTIVE SUITES IN WEST YORKSHIRE

Q: How long is the commitment?
A: Your commitment is 3, 6 or 12 months. There is a reduction in the fee for a longer period of notice. However it may be possible to commit to a shorter period
Q: What is excluded from the Licence Fee?
A: The only exclusions are the additional services you use such as meeting rooms, photocopying, internet and your telephone call and DDI number charges. Utilities, furnishings and telephone equipment are usually already included.
Q: What is the benefit of taking a Licence rather than a Lease?
A: A Licence has no long-term commitment whereas a Lease usually has a commitment of several years. A Licence covers all the furnishings, installation of telephone lines, internet services which are pre wired. This avoids the considerable expense of fitting out and setting up an office. The licence avoids expensive dilapidation costs when vacating the office, subject to any damage caused .
When a Licence is taken out there are no legal fees and the process can generally be completed within a few days.
Q: Why do we have to pay a deposit?
A: This safeguards us against damage that may be caused during your occupation and any arrears at the end of your Licence period.
Q: Why do we have to use your telephone system?
A: We give you a connection to our telephone system giving you access to a professional reception service and many other features without the usual overhead costs for expensive equipment.
You will receive your own direct dial numbers which your existing numbers can be diverted to until your client base have been advised of the change.
Q: Do I need Insurance?
A: We take care of all building and public liability insurance. All you need to do is insure your contents.
Q: What happens if we out-grow our existing Executive Suites in West Yorkshire or need to down-size?
A: In order to meet your changing needs we offer total flexibility. We will always be happy to give you additional space or if necessary, move you into one of our smaller Executive Suites in West Yorkshire - subject to availability. Your telephone numbers would remain the same so the disruption would be minimal.
