Terms, Contracts & Agreements : Meeting Booking
All reservations made by the online booking form to Raines Business Centre will be confirmed within 48 hours by email, subject to availability.
Any change to numbers stated on the booking form must be made no later than 3 days prior to the event.
Cancellation of a meeting within 3 days of the booking will incur a cancellation charge.
All cancellations will be acknowledged by Raines Business Centre by email, fax or letter. If this has not been received within 48 hours of your cancellation you are required to advise Raines immediately.
When hiring offices or meeting rooms from Raines Business Centre the client agrees to the following:-
Conference rooms and offices are used only for general purposes and that they will be maintained in their existing condition.
The Client should notify the Centre immediately of any damage caused by their employees or visitors and will be liable for payment of any relative charges.
To show consideration for other users of the Centre when occupying the common areas of the building.
No Animals shall be brought into the centre with the exception of Assistance Dogs.
Payment for facilities is made
STRICTLY PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
by either Debit/Credit Card or Cash. The Centre reserves the right to request a deposit.
Clients who use the Centre on a regular basis and wishing to set up an account may do so by completing a Direct Debit Mandate authorising Raines Business Centre to take payment for any outstanding services on or around the first day of the month following their event. Proof of identity and bank details will be required. Invoices will be issued accordingly.
Raines operates in Wakefield, Leeds and surrounding West Yorkshire and Yorkshire region.
